BELPOL – Return & Refund Policy

At BELPOL, every item is made to order through trusted print‑on‑demand fulfilment partners. Because of this production method, we only accept returns or issue refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only for the following issues:
• Damaged items
• Misprinted items
• Incorrect items received
• Manufacturing defects
To qualify, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
Because each product is custom‑printed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Colour variations due to screen differences
• Minor variations in print placement
• Normal wear and tear
• Items returned without prior approval
Please check size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
3. Reporting an Issue
To request a refund or replacement, email us at hello@belpol.uk with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and the problem
• A photo of the packing slip (if available)
Our team will review your request and respond promptly.
4. Refunds
If your refund is approved:
• It will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable, except where required by law
We do not offer store credit unless specifically agreed
5. Replacements
If a replacement is approved:
• A new item will be produced and shipped at no additional cost
• Replacements are issued for the same product, including size and colour
• Changes to design, size, or colour are not permitted
6. Order Cancellations
Because items begin production shortly after purchase:
• Orders can only be cancelled before production starts
• Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
• We will work with the courier to investigate
• If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement at no cost
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
In these cases, please check with neighbours or your local courier depot.
8. Exchanges
We offer like-for-like exchanges for UK customers only on jewellery and clothing. This means you can exchange for the same product in a different size if your exchange is submitted within 14 days of ordering your item. T&Cs apply. No exchange will be processed if part of a set or bundle is missing.
9. BUY ONE GET ONE FREE RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return part of an order placed under a Buy One, Get One Free (BOGOF) promotion, here's what you need to know:
- The BOGOF offer is based on buying one item at full price to receive another item free.
- If you return only the paid item and keep the free item, the promotion no longer applies.
- In this case, you will be charged the full price of the item you kept, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
- If you return both items, you’ll receive a full refund as usual.
- If you return only the free item, you will not receive a refund for that item
